Our customer requires an Experienced in Medical terminal cleaning
from Monday to Friday after 4.30pm (total of 4 hours per day)
$16 per hour
starting asap
Complete scope of work will be provided when start, but these are some of points:
Services will be performed five nights per week, Monday through Friday
Entry Lobby and General Office Areas:
Containers for waste materials will be emptied and waste will be taken to disposal. All open surfaces of furniture will be damp wiped clean. Drinking fountains will be cleaned and disinfected. Tile floors will be dust mopped to remove dirt . Tile floors will be wet mopped to remove spills and tracking. Carpeting and/or walk-off mats will be vacummed. Fingerprints must be removed from glass doors. Lights will be turned off as directed. Doors will be secured upon completion of work.
Corridors: Drinking fountains will be cleaned and disinfected. Carpeting will be vacuumed. Hard-surface floors will be dust-mopped to remove dirt. Hard-surface floors will be wet-mopped as needed to remove spills or tracking.
Breakrooms: Containers for waste materials will be emptied, and the waste will be taken to disposal. Clean and sanitize countertops and tables. Clean and polish sinks and faucets. Clean the interior of microwave. Clean outside of fridge. Tile floors will be dust mopped to remove dirt. Tile floors will be wet mopped to remove spills and tracking. Carpet will be vacuumed. Lights will be turned off as directed. Doors will be secured upon completion of work.
Restrooms and Locker rooms: Containers for waste materials will be emptied and waste will be taken to disposal. Mirrors will be cleaned. Sinks will be cleaned and disinfected. Countertops will be cleaned and disinfected. Surfaces of toilets and urinals will be cleaned and disinfected. Door handles and push plates will be cleaned and disinfected. Tile floor will be swept. Tile floors will be wet mopped and disinfected. Dispensing units such as towels, toilet tissue, and soap containers will be refilled from stock. All repair items will be reported to the Facility Solutions Manager.
Services to be performed weekly: Low dust all horizontal surfaces to hand height, including sills, molding, ledges, shelves, frames, ducts, and heating outlets. Dispensers will be wiped down. Fingerprints will be wiped from doors, frames, light switches, kick and push plates, handles, etc.
Services to be performed monthly: all open surfaces of windows ledges tops of partitions, tops of four-drawer filing cabinets, and tops of picture frames will be high-dusted. Chairs will low dusted. Tile floor will wet mopped to remove spills or tracking. Ceiling vents will be dusted not to exceed 10 feets of height.
Services will be performed five nights per week, Monday through Friday: Sanitize the following items: furniture and equipment per client instructions. Counters o door handles o All sinks o Sanitize exterior of trashcans. Vacuum designated carpeted areas. Refill specific paper, soap and specific supplies. Dust floor and vacuum all flooring. Full and detailed mopping of all hard surfaces florring using desinfectant. Inspect and clean behing doors.
