We are looking for skilled HVAC/EPA Certified Maintenance Technicians to join our team immediately!
Responsibilities:

Respond to and complete maintenance service requests.

Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.

Perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs.

Install locks and make keys as needed.

Replace light bulbs in common areas.
-
Remove trash from office areas and around the apartment community daily.
-
Help maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
What We're Looking For:

Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.

Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
