Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. You will be responsible for cleaning medical clinics and other commercial locations, following our established cleaning procedures and protocols.
Duties
As a Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including exam rooms, offices, restrooms, waiting areas, and common spaces
- Utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for different surfaces and materials
- Conducting floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Handling janitorial duties including waste removal and replenishing supplies as needed
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed
- Collaborating with team members to ensure all cleaning standards are met consistently
- Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces, equipment, and floors
- Following cleaning checklists and protocols for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a professional appearance and attitude
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 1 year of previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in medical or commercial settings
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of floor and facility maintenance is a plus
- Flexible schedule; availability for mornings, early afternoons, and weekends is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to safely handle cleaning supplies and equipment
