Your role is simple: introduce our company, talk with homeowners, and schedule free exterior painting estimates. Our team handles the estimates, proposals, and completed projects.
What You'll Do
- Canvass targeted neighborhoods in the Wilmington area.
- Speak with homeowners in a professional manner.
- Schedule free painting estimates.
- Represent Brush & Paint LLC and our brand.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Comfortable talking with homeowners.
- Reliable transportation.
- Sales, customer service, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Your income is based on the painting projects generated from the appointments you set. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions while enjoying a flexible schedule.
