We're Magic Plumbing Heating & Cooling — 40+ years serving Bay Area homeowners, top-rated, and growing fast. We need a Bay Area-based recruiter who knows how to find HVAC technicians and comfort advisors that aren't on job boards.
What you'll do:
- Source and cold outreach passive HVAC techs in the Bay Area
- Screen candidates and present only qualified finalists
- Manage job postings and own the pipeline start to finish
- Goal: 1–2 quality hires per month
What we need:
- Bay Area based — you know this market
- Real experience placing HVAC techs or skilled trades professionals
- References from actual trades placements required
