Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values clinical growth, autonomy with support, and working in a collaborative private practice setting.
Associates will have the opportunity to build a caseload, develop their clinical voice, and receive high-quality supervision while working with a diverse client population.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
- Manage a consistent weekly caseload
- Participate in individual and/or group supervision in compliance with BBS requirements
- Maintain ethical and legal standards in accordance with California law
- Communicate effectively with clients and administrative staff
- Engage in ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the California BBS (AMFT)
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience working with anxiety, trauma, and/or relationship issues preferred
- Commitment to professional growth and openness to feedback
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
