Maintenance Technician

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional after-hours emergencies as needed

Sincere Property Management is a fast-growing property management company serving residential and commercial properties throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. We pride ourselves on being responsive, professional, and proactive in caring for the properties we manage.
We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated team member to become our eyes and ears in the field while assisting with inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic property repairs.
Position Overview:
This is a hands-on position that combines property inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repair work. No advanced trade experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.
The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, solving problems, traveling between properties, and learning new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Complete preventative maintenance visits at managed properties
- Replace HVAC filters and smoke detector batteries
- Conduct move-in, move-out, annual, and Section 8 inspections
- Take photos and document property conditions
- Perform basic maintenance tasks including:
- Fixing dripping faucets
- Adjusting doors and locks
- Replacing light fixtures and switches
- Minor drywall repairs
- Basic carpentry and handyman work
- Assist with property turnovers and make-ready projects
- Coordinate access with tenants when necessary
- Report maintenance concerns and inspection findings to management
- Maintain accurate records using company software and mobile apps
Qualifications - Required:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the Oklahoma City metro area
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Basic hand tool experience
- Smartphone proficiency
- Computer Proficiency
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Maintenance, construction, landscaping, or handyman experience
- Property management experience
- Customer service experience
