**We are not a general ortho clinic that also treats pelvic patients. We are a pelvic-health-only practice — one of the largest and most established in the country — and we're looking for one or two therapists to join a team of 10 pelvic specialists.**

**A team, not a solo practice.** Most pelvic PTs work in isolation — the one specialist in a general clinic. Here, you join 10 pelvic-only clinicians. Real case consults. Real coverage. Colleagues who understand the work without you having to explain it.
**25 years, pelvic health only.** We've built exclusively pelvic referral relationships with OB-GYNs, urogynecologists, and colorectal surgeons across the DMV for a quarter century. That depth of pipeline isn't something a newer or general practice can offer — it's the result of decades, not marketing.
**Access most pelvic PTs never get.** Opportunities to shadow referring physicians and observe surgeries directly — a level of clinical exposure that meaningfully sharpens reasoning and rarely exists outside academic medical centers.
**Protected time with patients.** 60-minute appointments, always. No squeezing pelvic work into ortho-length slots.
**Real schedule autonomy.** You set your caseload:
- Full-time: target of 30 patients across a 40-hour week (bonus available if you want more)
- Flexible full-time or part-time arrangements — two of our current therapists work 3 days/week at 10 patients and thrive
- You build the schedule that fits your life, not the other way around
**Mentorship that's actually structured, not just a buzzword:**
- Monthly 1:1 meetings with both the clinic director and the owner (combined 44 years of PT experience)
- New therapists get significantly deeper, more frequent mentorship in their early months — calibrated to what you individually need, not a fixed checklist
- 4x/year, the whole team gathers in person, picks a clinical topic, and each therapist researches and presents a subtopic — followed by group discussion and hands-on technique sharing

- Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland or Virginia (or eligible)
- At least one pelvic health continuing education course (Herman & Wallace, APTA, etc.)
