We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team. While prior print equipment experience is preferred, we are absolutely willing to train the right person if you bring a motivated mindset and a great attitude!
In this position, you will enjoy variety in your workday by cross-training on various types of printing machinery. You will be responsible for running and maintaining equipment while serving as a crucial line of defense for quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Flexible Machine Operation: Cross-train on multiple types of printing equipment; ability to rotate and step in to operate, feed, and monitor different machines based on daily production needs.
- Quality Assurance: Thoroughly understand the unique parameters of each print job to ensure the final product meets our high-quality standards.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep the machinery running smoothly.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication with the team and step in to assist teammates whenever needed to hit production goals.
Physical & Role Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks (such as feeding the machine).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
