Position Summary
Karran is looking for a reliable Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team! This position supports daily warehouse operations by safely operating a forklift and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, stage, and organize products and materials. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with shipping, receiving, inventory, and production teams to keep materials moving accurately and efficiently.
Location
This position is based at our Vincennes, Indiana facility. Schedule is Monday-Friday.
Preferred Experience
Previous forklift operation and warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift certification preferred; must be willing and able to complete company-provided forklift training and follow all safety procedures.
Essential Functions
Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products and materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently while verifying product counts and condition
Stage, put away, pick, and move inventory according to warehouse procedures and supervisor direction
Maintain accurate movement of materials and support inventory accuracy through careful handling, labeling, and communication
Keep warehouse aisles, docks, staging areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and free of hazards

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and safely lift or move products as required in a warehouse environment.
