Prep Cook – Full-Time
Location: Lexington, KY
Schedule: Daytime position, 5 days a week
Mileta is a chef-driven, locally owned restaurant in Lexington serving modern, seasonal cuisine. We’re a busy, high-energy kitchen with a frequently changing menu that highlights ingredients from local farms and producers. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
- Execute prep tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency
- Support the kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Work with high-quality, seasonal ingredients from local farms and growers
- Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and organizational standards
- Assist with receiving and organization of the kitchen
