Job Description
A Tow Truck Driver is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and professional towing services to our current and new customers.

Operate a flatbed tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations.

Respond to dispatch calls promptly and professionally

Safely load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper procedures and equipment

Maintain accurate records of service calls, mileage, and fuel usage

Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of the tow truck to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness

Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement when necessary

Follow all DOT, company, and local safety policies and procedures

Effectively communicate with all locations and provide recommendations

Ability to work as a team and independently

Strong communication, interpersonal skills

1+ year towing experience

Valid Drivers License with For Hire Endorsement
