Our Customer Experience team plays a vital role in delivering the outstanding service that our customers and retail partners have come to expect. We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality of our brands.
You bring experience in wholesale and/or e-commerce customer service, strong organizational skills, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset. You're comfortable navigating multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, and taking ownership of the customer experience from order placement through delivery and beyond.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ecommerce customer service inquiries through our ticketing system Zendesk
- Support and collaborate with sales and marketing teams throughout each sell-in season’s lifecycle
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Work closely with the logistics team to manage order fulfillment, returns, and resolve discrepancies
- Manage order entry through company platforms such as Microsoft Business Central, Elastic Inventory Manager, ExpertVoice and our EDI partner - SPS
- Maintain accurate retail account records and system data
- Develop a strong understanding of our products, inventory, customers, and business operations
- Contribute positively to our team culture by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas, and bringing a sense of humor to the workplace
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2+ years of professional experience in wholesale and/or e-commerce customer service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, respectfully, and effectively, while also being able to laugh
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, resourceful, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- A genuine passion for the outdoors and premium apparel that supports an active lifestyle
