The Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for overseeing all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, motivating warehouse employees, leading by example and fostering a safe and positive work environment.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversees warehouse operations as a hands-on leader and leads warehouse team members by example to ensure all policies and best practices are being followed
- Supervises and improves all inbound, outbound and internal inventory movement
- Directs workload and daily assignments of warehouse team members
- Provides coaching, feedback and encouragement to warehouse team members
- Provides on-the-job training to employees
- Works with Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team Lead to manage staffing and workflow
- Maintains an organized warehouse including inspecting equipment, maintaining inventory and placing orders as needed
- Provides feedback on warehouse team members performance to Warehouse Manager
- Supports Warehouse Manager on projects as needed
- Coordinates daily with day shift management to align on priorities and optimize operational workflows
- Monitors workspace for safety to ensure all tasks are carried out with safety in mind and all safety processes and procedures are followed
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, professionalism and projecting a positive image of CFMOTO Powersports
- Ensures a clean and safe work
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 - 3 years’ previous experience in similar role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- A positive attitude, motivated, self-starter with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer focus and service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and vendors at all levels in a cross cultural setting
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a challenging and developing environment; willingness to take on new responsibilities as our business evolves
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the US
- Normal schedule is Monday – Friday, 4pm-12:30am; ability to work required hours
- Working conditions are normal for a warehouse and office environment
- Requires use of office equipment such as computers, telephones, copy machines
- Required sitting and computer-related activities for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of job-related factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, location and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $60K-$75K annually. Our competitive salaries are just one component to CFMOTO’s total compensation package.
