We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented candidates with experience in CNC machining, grinding, precision inspection, equipment maintenance, brazing, or related manufacturing environments.

General Responsibilities
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Setting up, programming, and operating CNC, grinding, EDM, or other precision machinery
- Reading blueprints, technical drawings, process sheets, and product specifications
- Adjusting machine settings, offsets, tooling, fixtures, and controls
- Inspecting finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools
- Identifying defects and ensuring parts meet required tolerances and quality standards
- Completing production and quality documentation
- Performing basic preventive maintenance and daily machine inspections
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or production-related issues
- Brazing or bonding metal components according to drawing requirements
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing, machining, grinding, quality, brazing, or industrial maintenance experience is preferred
- CNC setup, programming, or machine-operation experience is preferred for machining positions
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
- Strong math skills, including decimals, fractions, geometry, and measurement conversions
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, depending on the position
Specific experience with equipment or software such as Numroto, Rollomatic, Walter, Coborn, EWAG, Wire EDM, multi-axis CNC equipment, carbide tooling, or cutting-tool grinding is highly desirable but not required for every opening.
Shift availability and compensation vary by position and experience.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
