Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake, taking vital signs, and ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
- Assist minor surgical procedures
- Instrument sterilization
- Medication insurance authorizations and appeals
- Assist Office Manager with billing, prior authorizations, ect
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records using EHR systems. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology
