Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baseball with coaching experience at least the high school level or playing level through college. It will be important that this person has the ability to engage/motivate/teach students their Pitching skills. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage behavior and create a positive learning environment for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging drills that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment in the training facility.
- Manage student behavior effectively, fostering respect and teamwork among participants.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress as well as things to work on at home.
Qualifications
- Experience in baseball coaching and/or playing experience through college is required.
- Strong knowledge of baseball and the fundamental mechanics of Pitching.
- Previous experience working with athletes in a facility or recreational setting is desirable.
- A passion for baseball and teaching that to students of all ages.
