Social Media & Creative Content Coordinator (Part-Time)
The Studios Brookhaven is one of Atlanta's fastest-growing performing arts and athletics studios, serving hundreds of families each week through music, theatre, dance, ninja, aerial silks, camps, after-school programs, and special events.
We're looking for a creative, organized, and highly skilled Social Media & Creative Content Coordinator to help tell our story.
We're looking for someone who is already highly proficient in Canva and can create polished, on-brand graphics quickly and efficiently. If you're still learning Canva or need significant time to create basic marketing pieces, this position likely isn't the right fit. We also need someone who understands Meta algorithms and will help us transition to more organic storytelling and interaction with our followers.
What You'll Do
- Design engaging social media graphics and marketing materials in Canva
- Create and edit short-form videos and Reels
- Photograph and film classes, performances, camps, and special events
- Write captions and schedule social media content
- Design flyers, posters, and promotional materials
- Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, and branded assets
- Work directly with studio leadership to execute marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Help maintain a consistent, polished brand across all marketing channels
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Canva proficiency (please do not apply if you have only basic Canva experience)
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, spacing, branding, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating content for Instagram and Facebook
- Ability to edit engaging short-form videos
- Excellent written communication skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
Bonus Qualifications
- Photography experience
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Experience working with children or family-focused organizations
- Experience managing social media for a business or nonprofit

The ideal candidate is someone who can take a concept and turn it into beautiful, professional social media marketing pieces with minimal direction. You'll be expected to work efficiently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently produce content that reflects the high standards of The Studios Brookhaven.
We're looking for someone who enjoys capturing meaningful moments, has a strong eye for design, and takes pride in producing polished work.
