MBC Behavior Analysis provides individualized, evidence-based ABA services to children and families across home, school, and community settings. Our clinical model is data-driven, collaborative, and focused on meaningful outcomes, caregiver involvement, and ethical practice.
Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for overseeing ABA programming, conducting assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, training caregivers, and ensuring services meet payer requirements and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments, functional assessments, and reassessments as required by payers
- Develop and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
- Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs/BTs (direct and indirect), including performance feedback and competency support
- Implement caregiver training (e.g., parent coaching and skill-based training) and document caregiver participation and competency
- Review and analyze clinical data regularly; adjust programs based on progress and data trends
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation (notes, supervision, graphs, assessments)
- Coordinate with schools, caregivers, and other providers as authorized to support generalization and continuity of care
- Ensure ethical practice aligned with BACB standards, HIPAA, and payer guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and clinical trainings as scheduled
