JOB TITLE: Hybrid Sanitation Technician
DEPARTMENT: Cleaning
REPORTS TO: Cleaning Shift Supervisor

SUMMARY: As a Hybrid Sanitation Technician, you will be responsible for beginning the daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the production room. In addition, this role will support the Sanitation Technicians after production has stopped for the day.
DUTIES ANS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will include but are not limited to the following:
· Clean and maintain the production room using sanitation standard operating procedures
· Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping and mopping
· Use industrial cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean and sanitize surfaces
· Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
· Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
· Use specialized cleaning products and tools to effectively clean surfaces
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations
· Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least one year residential or commercial cleaning
· Ability to follow directions and trouble-shoot
· Ability to work both alone and with a team
EDUCATION:
· high school diploma or GED preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
· Able to bend, reach, and kneel as needed, possible for extended length of time
· Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
· Able to work in a loud environment (with ear protection)
· Able to climb and work from a ladder
