Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the continued growth of a rapidly expanding specialty coffee company with multiple locations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and execution. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for growing brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, supporting new store openings, and strengthening relationships within the communities we serve.
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, social media, photography, customer experience, and local community involvement.
Essential Responsibilities
Brand & Social Media
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Capture photography and video content at café locations.
- Write compelling captions and marketing copy.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer interactions when appropriate.
- Stay current on social media trends and recommend new ideas.
Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations.
- Coordinate sponsorships, community events, and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities.
- Assist in planning grand openings, customer appreciation events, and seasonal promotions.
Marketing & Promotions
- Develop promotional campaigns that increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Assist with menu launches and seasonal beverage promotions.
- Coordinate in-store signage and marketing materials.
- Support the development of branded merchandise and promotional items.
- Help maintain consistency across all branding and messaging.
Digital Marketing
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns.
- Update website content as needed.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback.
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality photos and short-form videos.
- Tell the story of the company, employees, customers, and community through engaging content.
- Collaborate with café managers to highlight new menu items, events, and daily operations.
Analytics
- Monitor social media growth and engagement metrics.
- Track marketing campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer traffic and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or social media experience.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software preferred.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel between café locations as needed.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
