What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Property & Casualty Underwriter II, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing a multi-state book of business. You’ll partner closely with agents and teammates to deliver smart underwriting decisions, exceptional service, and long-term value.
In this role, you will:
- Underwrite and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial P&C business
- Build strong, trusted relationships with independent agents
- Collaborate with a supportive team to drive retention and profitable growth
- Provide thoughtful, tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our participants
What You Bring
You’re both analytical and relationship-focused, with a genuine commitment to service.
We’re looking for:
- 5–7 years of commercial P&C underwriting experience
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Professional designations such as AU, ARM, CPCU, CIC (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- A collaborative, customer-first mindset
