What You Will Receive
- Compensation: $50-$65 per hour, based on experience.
- Estimated annual compensation: $104,000-$135,000.

What You Will Do
- Perform Physical Therapy evaluations and identify patient impairments, functional limitations, mobility concerns, and treatment needs.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, patient goals, safety needs, and functional outcomes.
- Provide skilled Physical Therapy treatment focused on mobility, strength, balance, gait, safety, function, independence, and quality of life.
- Interpret evaluation findings and establish meaningful, measurable treatment goals.
- Administer high-quality Physical Therapy services in accordance with patient needs, company standards, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support the best possible outcomes.
- Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, safety strategies, home programs, mobility improvement, and long-term functional goals.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with company policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Contribute to a positive clinical culture built on professionalism, compassion, teamwork, and high-quality care.
What We Are Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- New graduates may be considered.
- Passion for working with older adults.
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered Physical Therapy care.
Schedule
- Full-Time.
- Monday through Friday.
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
