FMRC Health Group is hiring a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for in-home early intervention in the San Fernando Valley. We pay at the top of the market, cluster your caseload close to home so you're not living in your car, and built our own EMR specifically to cut your documentation time.
We're clinician-led — founded and run by a practicing OTR/L — serving children ages 0–3 through Regional Center partnerships across North Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Tarzana, Canoga Park and nearby communities.

The day-to-day

What you'll need
- Active California OT license (OTR/L) — new grads welcome
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Valid CA driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
