We're looking for a sharp, organized, and eager early-career professional to join our team as a Junior Personal Assistant. This full-time, hybrid role in Madison works closely under our Executive Personal Assistant, learning to support a busy family in scheduling, travel coordination, event planning, and day-to-day administrative work. Some duties will require being in person; others can be done virtually/remote. This role will require occasional evening or weekend hours when the family is traveling or hosting events.
This is a growth opportunity for a recent graduate (or someone early in their career) with increasing ownership and responsibility as you prove yourself. We are ideally looking for someone who wants to build something long-term with us.
What You'll Do
- Support scheduling, calendar management, and communications under guidance
- Help coordinate travel logistics and event planning
- Travel with the family on occasion as needed
- Fill in under the House Manager with household duties, errands, and event/party support as needed
- Learn and help maintain the family's systems and processes
- Take on more ownership over time as trust and skills grow

Pay: $44,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
