Job Overview
Beacon Fasteners is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our custom carriage bolt manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong mechanical skills and manufacturing experience who can keep production moving safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and lead a team of 3 employees
- Oversee daily production operations
- Coordinate incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products
- Perform and manage routine equipment maintenance
- Maintain quality standards and production schedules
- Troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or assembly line experience (required)
- Strong mechanical background
- Experience with 3-phase electrical systems and pneumatics is a plus
- Familiarity with:
- Mechanical Shear
- Roll Threading Machines
- Induction Heat Equipment
- Mechanical Headers
