This job is Full Time, 7a-7p with a set schedule and rotating weekends.

We are a MEMORY CARE community with an ECC license and are are seeking compassionate LPNs to provide assistance to our residents. This individual will help with daily activities, personal care, and companionship to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal values
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Knowledge of Cardiac Catheterization procedures
- Familiarity with Occupational Health practices
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in IV Infusion techniques
- Understanding of ICD-10 coding standards
- Ability to perform suturing procedures
- Knowledge of Acute Pain Management protocols
- Experience in Critical Care settings
