About the Role
We're a fast-moving team building at the intersection of technology and data-driven decision-making. We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Project Manager who thrives in async environments, embraces AI tooling as a force multiplier, and has a track record of delivering against real deadlines. This is a part-time, flexible engagement — built for the right operator, not a traditional 9-to-5.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from kickoff to completion
- Coordinate async across Slack and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet)
- Manage and update Jira boards — sprints, epics, tickets, and blockers
- Attend one weekly team sync and one short daily/weekly scrum stand-up
- Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and blockers before they become problems
- Use AI tools and automation to reduce overhead and keep the team moving fast
- Keep stakeholders aligned through clear written communication and status updates
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing software or product development projects end-to-end
- Demonstrable success hitting milestones and timelines — you have receipts
- Fluent in async-first communication; you don't need a meeting to get answers
- Hands-on with Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace as daily operating tools
- Comfortable with AI-powered workflows — you use AI to work smarter, not as a gimmick
- Strong written communicator who can turn chaos into clear, concise updates
- Self-managed and accountable; you own your workload without micromanagement
Bonus Points
Experience in any of the following areas is a genuine plus — not a requirement:
- Specialized AI platforms, agent frameworks, or LLM-based product development
- Sports betting, wagering technology, or regulated gaming environments
- Fintech, payments, or financial data products
