Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to repair collision-damaged vehicles according to manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate has strong metal repair skills, attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Duties:
- Repair collision-damaged vehicles
- Replace damaged body panels
- Perform metal repair and dent repair
- Use frame measuring and frame straightening equipment
- Disassemble and resemble vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform quality inspections before delivery
-Work safely and follow shop procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools
- Familiarity with dealership or automotive repair shop processes is preferred
- Ability to assemble and disassemble a variety of vehicles
Skills:
- Strong metal repair and panel replace skills
- Experience using frame machine and measuring systems
- Ability to weld steel and aluminum (preferred)
- Ability to read repair procedures
- Attention to detail
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Please Note : Technicians are expected to provide their own basic hand tools.
