Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify prospective clients, conduct outbound cold calls, qualify business owners, and schedule appointments for our SEO and Digital Marketing services. Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
- Generate qualified leads for SEO and digital marketing services
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Research companies and decision-makers using Apollo.io and other lead generation tools
- Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
- Overcome objections and build rapport with potential clients
- Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and CRM software
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
Experience & Qualifications:
Required
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation experience
- Experience speaking with business owners and key decision-makers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Reliable computer, USB headset, and high-speed internet
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred
- Experience using Apollo.io
- Experience selling SEO, digital marketing, web design, PPC, or related business services
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Previous experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing roles
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting goals
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
