Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Developer to design, configure, and support solutions across our SAP landscape. The successful candidate will work closely with functional and business teams to translate requirements into reliable, well-integrated SAP solutions across procurement, sales, finance, HR, warehousing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure SAP modules to meet evolving business requirements.
- Perform functional and technical configuration across relevant SAP modules (see below).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Support integration between SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
- Document configurations, processes, and technical specifications.
- Provide end-user training and support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP development/configuration experience (module-dependent).
- Experience with ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, or relevant configuration tools (as applicable to role).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within assigned module(s).
- Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or major upgrade.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
