At Simply Orthodontics, the Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients begin their orthodontic journey with confidence. You’ll be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming experience while educating patients and families about treatment recommendations, financial options, and next steps. Prior sales experience is required. Candidates with jewelry and mobile sales experience are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
Create an exceptional first impression by welcoming new patients and families and guiding them through the orthodontic consultation experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for new patient exams, helping patients understand recommended treatment and what to expect throughout their orthodontic journey
Present orthodontic treatment plans and confidently explain financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options in a clear, patient-friendly manner
Build trust and strong relationships with patients and families to support treatment acceptance and create a positive experience
Partner closely with the Orthodontist and clinical team to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to treatment start
Follow up with patients considering treatment to answer questions, overcome barriers, and support case acceptance
Coordinate treatment starts and ensure all required paperwork, consents, and financial arrangements are completed accurately
Track consultation outcomes, treatment acceptance, and key patient follow-up activities to support office goals
Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
Contribute to a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment
