We are seeking skilled and dedicated licensed / experienced plumbers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial new construction plumbing. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. As a lead plumber, you will be responsible for installing new plumbing systems in new, clean commercial and industrial settings.
Responsibilities
- Install complete plumbing systems in clean commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and relate plumbing plans to new installs.
- Perform as job lead in rough ins, fixture installation, gas lines, air lines, etc.
- Communicate with general contractors, crews, inspectors, and company staff.
- Adhere to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate and meet schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a new construction commercial and industrial plumber.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, punctual, responsible, and professional.
- Must be able to work independently as well as professionally lead a crew.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
