Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented NOC Technician to join our dynamic Network Operations Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting our organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance and security. Duties
- The NOC Analyst provides 24x7x365 monitoring and support of corporate and operational computer systems, network infrastructure, and data center environments.
- Acting as the central hub during outages and maintenance, this role ensures business‑critical processes remain operational, escalates disruptions promptly, and delivers consistent after‑hours service desk support.
- Success requires technical expertise, flexibility, and strong communication skills to maintain system stability and customer productivity in high‑stress environments.
- System Monitoring: Monitor and support corporate/operational computer systems, hardware, software, CPU, and file systems.
- Network Infrastructure: Oversee firewalls, telecom infrastructure, and restart file system backups.
- Batch & SAP Processing: Monitor batch jobs and SAP applications (CIS, FIS, HR, WMS, AMI).
- Incident Response: Act as first point of contact for after‑hours, weekends, and holiday incidents; escalate issues to support teams.
- Data Center Oversight: Monitor environments at Main Office, EMC, and TLC sites.
- Documentation: Record issues, maintain procedures, update call duty rosters, and compile daily/weekly reports.
- Outage Coordination: Coordinate scheduled outages and critical alerts with production control and support teams.
- Customer Service: Provide service excellence, ensuring disruptions are escalated efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Flexibility: Work extended shifts, respond during disasters or adverse weather, and travel for training as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, contribute to quality improvement, and maintain updated NOC procedures.
MUST HAVE:
- 1+ year of supporting 24x7x365 operations of the Network Operations Center (NOC)
- 1+ yr of monitoring experience of computer hardware and network infrastructure including firewalls
- Experience in supporting SAP applications (SAP-CIS, SAP-FIS, SAP-SAP-CIS, SAP-FIS, SAP-HR, SAP-WMS, and SAP-AMI)
- Monitoring of telecom infrastructure
- Should have hands-on experience with incident management, alert monitoring, ticket creation, troubleshooting, and escalation to higher-level support teams Must have previous experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC), IT Operations Center, or Enterprise Operations environment.
- Experience with SAP production monitoring/support, especially SAP environments or enterprise applications
- Candidate should have worked with batch processing, backup monitoring, file system monitoring, or production job scheduling
- Candidates with Data Center Operations, Production Support, Service Desk, Infrastructure Operations, or Command Center experience will be strong matches.
Shift Timing: 8AM-5PM
Weekly schedule: M-F

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
