Member Duties : The VISTA volunteer will gather and evaluate quantitative/qualitative data from CoC-503 lead agencies to identify the fidelity process related to the HUD requirements and the most recent gap analysis study. The VISTA volunteer will gather and evaluate quantitative/qualitative data from CoC-503 members to identify the outcomes of the homeless organizations related to HUD performance measures. The VISTA volunteer will gather the needs of the CoC-503 members presented by direct service personnel and participants of the organizations.
