This is a temporary, seasonal position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble flasher units, power cables, and related accessories according to established work instructions and quality standards
- Conduct visual inspections and functional testing to ensure proper assembly and operation
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Report any product or process issues to the supervisor
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Required Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in light manufacturing or electronic assembly preferred, but not required — training provided
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to use basic hand tools and small power tools safely
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Legal right to work in the United States and commute to our onsite location in Bloomington MN
