About the Role
We're looking for an experienced wax specialist to join our team — this is not a position for a newly licensed esthetician. Our clients expect fast, precise, comfortable service, and we need someone who can deliver that from day one.
You must be able to perform a full Brazilian wax in 20 minutes or less while maintaining the quality, comfort, and client care our studio is known for.
Responsibilities
- Perform Brazilian and full-body waxing services efficiently and skillfully
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards between every client
- Deliver a warm, professional client experience from consultation through checkout
- Prebook clients for their next appointment
- Recommend retail products and service packages where appropriate
Requirements
- Current Missouri esthetician or cosmo license (required)
- Proven waxing experience — comfortable and confident performing Brazilians in 20 minutes or less
- Strong attention to detail and client communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Passion for making clients feel comfortable and cared for
