Assist-Med, Inc. is a home care agency that was established in 1998 and is licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission to serve the West-Texas community. We provide personal assistance for seniors and the disabled, including children, in the comfort of their own homes. Our company was founded with the goal of helping more people receive quality care services provided with compassion and dedication.
Our company is looking to hire a new caregiving supervisor for our Conroe office. We need someone who is empathetic to the needs of our clients and caregivers. You will be responsible for assigning caregivers to clients and giving caregivers the support they need to fulfill our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
Ensure caregiving staff are following company guidelines and fulfilling clients' needs
Coordinate caregiver and client schedules to ensure available shifts are filled and caregivers are being utilized effectively
Respond to caregiver and client requests promptly and professionally
Record and report client and caregiver needs
Serve as point of contact for clients and caregivers
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Professional and welcoming demeanor
Ability to work with a diverse workforce and client base
Must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
