Resolve West Allis is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our Ventilator & Tracheostomy Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while supporting and developing a dedicated nursing team.
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8-hour Day Shift
- Rotating on-call schedule
- Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for the Vent & Trach Unit.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
- Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
