Resolve West Allis is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Unit Manager to lead our Ventilator & Tracheostomy Unit. The Unit Manager will provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care while supporting and developing our nursing staff.
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-Time; Day Shift (Monday – Friday) - 8hr Shifts
- with Rotating on-call schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for the Vent & Trach Unit.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
- Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation strongly preferred.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse nursing team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
