We are a growing owner and operator of Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) dedicated to providing exceptional care, clinical excellence, and outstanding resident experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Clinical Services to lead our clinical operations across our Minnesota portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is passionate about building high-performing clinical teams while ensuring exceptional quality of care.
The Vice President of Clinical Services provides strategic and operational leadership for all clinical services across multiple assisted living communities. This executive will partner closely with regional operations leaders and executive leadership to drive clinical quality, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and resident outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare leader with a strong background in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care and has successfully managed multi-site clinical operations.
Lead clinical operations across multiple assisted living communities.
Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Monitor quality metrics and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Regional Nurses and community clinical leaders.
Partner with Operations leadership to improve resident outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Oversee survey readiness and support communities during state inspections.
Develop strategies to improve clinical performance, staffing stability, and retention.
Assist with acquisitions, new community openings, and clinical integration efforts.
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational growth.
Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required (Minnesota or ability to obtain).
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
Multi-site leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or post-acute care strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Minnesota assisted living regulations and survey processes preferred.
Demonstrated success leading clinical quality initiatives and managing regulatory compliance.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro and surrounding communities.
