Compensation
$120,000 to $200,000 per year, commission-based
What you'll do:
Meet homeowners on-site, assess the project, present a clear proposal, and win the contract.
What we're looking for:
Sales experience in home improvement (insulation, HVAC, roofing, pest control, or energy efficiency is a strong plus)
Strong closing and objection-handling skills
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Self-motivated, professional, and accountable
