What You'll Do
-
Lead and deliver transformational and continuousimprovement IT projects, ensuring ontime and onbudget execution

Manage, mentor, and develop a highperforming Applications Team (Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, Application Developers)

Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and ensure systems and processes support company strategy

Oversee project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets

Track deliverables, communicate progress, and present updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders

Ensure highquality design, development, and maintenance of enterprise software and applications

Manage the IT project portfolio, balancing short and longterm initiatives and evaluating new opportunities

Support completion of ITrelated Major Objectives (goals) and provide recommendations to decisionmakers

Research and evaluate new ERP, application, and businesssolution technologies to improve efficiency

Review vendor offerings, attend demos/webinars, and contribute to the strategic IT roadmap
What You Bring
-
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
-
10+ years of experience with ERP or transactional systems in manufacturing
-
Demonstrated success as a project or team leader

Experience with:
- Oracle EBusiness Suite (Workflow, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher)

Oracle Fusion Cloud

Salesforce CRM/CPQ

Strong project management skills
