Area Manager – South Florida Region

We are seeking a highly capable and organized Area Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple job sites throughout Miami‑Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. This is a field‑based leadership role that requires regular travel between locations using a company‑provided vehicle. The Area Manager ensures each site is properly staffed, well‑supported, and operating at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
While the position typically follows standard business hours, the ideal candidate will have the flexibility to respond to on‑site emergencies, urgent client needs, or extended travel requirements when necessary. This role is well‑suited for a proactive leader who excels at problem‑solving, team management, and maintaining strong operational control across a wide geographic area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of up to 20 employees across multiple locations
- Hire new team members and build strong, reliable crews
- Conduct property inspections and ensure top‑quality service
- Manage invoicing and keep documentation accurate and on time
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operations across your region
- Jump into action when on‑site issues or emergencies arise
- Use company‑provided tech to stay organized and connected
- Represent the company with professionalism and confidence
Skills and Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
- 2 years Supervisory/Management experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexibility — normal business hours most days, but emergencies and travel may extend your day
- Ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Clear communication and strong people skills
- Physical ability to walk large properties
- Must be a positive people leader with a demonstrated ability to drive results cross functionally
- Valid driver’s license + ability to pass background check and MVR
