The Ideal candidate has excelled in B2B sales in a digital marketing agency. We currently generate warm inbound leads via paid ads and are looking for opportunities to expand.

Compensation: $90K/yr Salary + 20% Commission on Cash Collected + 5% Commission on team’s Cash Collected. On-Target Earnings of $200k+/year

As Sales Manager, you’ll help us achieve this by leading our Sales Team to drive revenue growth and provide a VIP sales experience. You’ll be responsible for ensuring your team’s performance consistently meets or exceeds expectations while keeping our product positioned ahead of the competition.
This role will require 50% of your time dedicated to selling, with the other half dedicated to managing, optimizing, and developing new sales avenues. If you are looking for a purely managerial role, this will not be the right fit. We are looking to work towards building a very lean, but high performing sales team.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in remote, high ticket sales
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports in a sales department
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services
- Proven history of driving sales department growth through complete development of successful sales strategy
- Proven history of developing successful sales scripts and processes as well as Google Slides / Powerpoint sales presentations
- Proven ability to identify and implement clear simple solutions to complex issues
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a true team player
- Bonus: Strong understanding of the automotive industry
Your Mission:
- Achieve Sales Target of $100,000 new MRR/month (within 2 years)
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team while continuously refining the sales process to increase revenue
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and refine the sales process to improve new sales revenue and lead closing rate
- Oversee sales team & facilitate daily sales meetings
- Correctly identify and proactively solve sales team bottlenecks
- Develop strategies to increase our demo call booking rate
- Conduct sales calls and close new clients
- Follow up with unclosed prospects to get them across the line
- Review call recordings weekly, audit CRM daily & follow-up to ensure sales team performance
- Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new Sales Representatives
- Coordinate the development and implementation of new sales departments if needed
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections
- Maintain, develop, and consistently improve sales SOPs to maximize efficiency
- Manage CRM processes & workflows, constantly simplifying so new reps can pick up our process quickly
- Communicate product-related changes and updates to the sales and marketing team
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners & large dealership groups
- Work with marketing manager to develop company marketing strategy that aligns with long-term goals & provides constant lead flow and growth for sales the team
