Are you a designer who loves the thrill of the sale, working with clients, and seeing a project through from sketch to finished install? We are hiring a Kitchen Designer who thrives on customer service, collaboration, and hands-on project management!
Working out of our expansive showroom and warehouse facility, you’ll have instant access to everything you need to close the deal and build complete spaces—from budget-friendly cabinetry to high-end custom lines, plus an unbelievable selection of countertops (Cambria, Quartz, Quartzite, Granite, Marble, and Butcher Block) and warehouse add-on inventory.
Seasoned pro or recent Interior Design graduate? If you have the passion and drive, we have the tools and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Design & Consult: Partner with homeowners to guide them through choices in layout, cabinet lines (entry-level to top-tier), countertops, and finishes.
- Tech & Layouts: Bring visions to life using ProKitchen design software and track leads seamlessly through our CRM.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion—handling ordering, communicating with installers, and keeping clients updated.
- Maximize Sales: Leverage our massive warehouse inventory for easy add-on sales to increase your total project tickets (and commission!).
What We’re Looking For
- Background: Experience in kitchen design/sales OR a degree in Interior Design.
- People & Tech Skills: Comfortable with ProKitchen (or similar CAD software), CRM software, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborator: Ability to work well with installers, contractors, and team members to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Sales Drive: Enjoy closing deals and guiding clients through options that fit their style and budget.
