Summary
We are seeking an Automotive Parts Manager to join our dynamic team in Amarillo. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient parts supply and inventory management, contributing to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the parts department operations to ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal pricing.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control processes.
- Collaborate with service departments to fulfill parts requests promptly.
- Implement best practices for warehouse management and logistics.
- Monitor demand planning and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations in all operations.
Qualifications * Proven experience in supply chain and inventory management within the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on supplier management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and order management systems.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of automotive service processes is preferred.
