As a Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and salon performance.
Duties
- Supervise daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Conduct interviews for new hires, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who align with our salon's values.
- Provide comprehensive employee orientation and ongoing training development to enhance staff skills.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, addressing any concerns or suggestions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in payroll management and employee records.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
- A passion for beauty trends and an understanding of market dynamics within the salon industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
