Clinical Growth & Surgical Mentorship
One of the most unique aspects of joining North Davies is the opportunity to work alongside and receive mentorship from a board-certified veterinary surgeon as we develop a dedicated surgical service within the hospital.
Our goal is not simply to bring advanced procedures into the practice. We want to use thisresource to develop our entire medical team.

Our doctors may see routine wellness appointments alongside same-day illness, urgentpresentations, diagnostics, procedures, surgical cases, and hospitalized patients.

Urgent & Same-Day Medicine
As the hospital grows, we are expanding our ability to evaluate, stabilize, treat, andappropriately refer urgent patients.
Depending on experience and interest, cases may include:

- Seizures
- Trauma and wounds
- Acute gastrointestinal disease
- Toxicities
- Lacerations and bleeding

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
- Eligible for veterinary licensure in Washington
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
- Interest in continued clinical and professional development
Experience with urgent care, emergency medicine, advanced surgery, or a fast-paced clinical environment is valued but not required. Curiosity, adaptability, strong clinical standards, and a genuine desire to grow are equally important.
