Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Saturday 8am - 8pm and Sunday 9am - 6pm)

Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality service through efficient and accurate handling of customer interactions across multiple channels. This role manages a high volume of inbound calls daily, addressing appointment scheduling, maintenance plan renewals, payments, registration requests, and general inquiries. The representative also conducts outbound calls for follow-ups and confirmations, responds promptly to online chat and website inquiries, and ensures all customer information is accurately entered and maintained in the company system. Additional responsibilities include processing maintenance agreements, payments, and invoices, as well as providing support to other office functions through cross-training and teamwork. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting overall office operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Answer 70–120 inbound calls per day, including appointment requests, maintenance plan renewals, payments, registration requests, and general inquiries.
· Sell maintenance plans when appropriate and identify opportunities to upsell.
· Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and customer communication needs.
· Respond to online chat requests and website inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
· Enter, update, and maintain customer information within the company system.
· Process maintenance agreements, payments, and invoices.
· Support other office functions as needed through cross-training and collaboration with team members.
Qualifications
· Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to perform efficiently in a high-volume environment.
· Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a high volume call center.
· Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and clear written and verbal communication.
· Proficient computer skills and comfort using various software platforms.
· Ability to handle each call with a sense of urgency, while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
· Strong customer service instincts, with empathy and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry is highly preferred.
· ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred.
